Editing...And Then Some
We've really been focusing on the second and third edits of this screenplay. It's a tough project to manage with all the other works we got going now (Welcome to Gentle Waters, PhD, Through the Mirror), but we're feeling good. By early next year we'll start dropping our baby into some competitions. Until then...Happy Holidaze!

Working On A Live Film
For the past month our focus has been on the preperation and filming of Welcome to Gentle Waters. The experience was amazing. We're now moving head-on into post-production. We also are in post on the Lotus web series Through The Mirror. And we are starting our PhD in Popular Culture Studies at Purdue. We hope to get into polishing up and editing the script here shortly. Busy months ahead.

Edits, Thoughts, Whats Next?
We've gotten back plenty of ideas on the script and have made some changes accordingly. So what's next? We are gearing up to shoot our next feature - Welcome to Gentle Waters as well as starting a PhD program in Film & Culture in August. When the dust settles we plan on starting the festival process for the script. Pretty excited.

About 95% Done With The Rough Draft

Round 1 is pretty much comeplete. We will let it sit for awhile and give it to a few folks to proof and critique. All and all we're pretty happy with it and how smooth the writing went. While we wait for the next step, here's a blast from the year, 1994. George Foreman wins the Heavyweight Title at 45 years old.

First Post Action
We are in the middle stages of developing a screenplay (tentatively titled 1994 - In Bloom) about a group of college kids on summer vacation in a small Midwestern town in the year 1994. Beside the story of the characters, music was a huge part of that year across America. We plan to drop in related posts on the culture of the time. (and how it's reappearing today) So look for this site to be some cultural looks at '94, some screenwriting commentary and some musical insight.
